TransGlobe's Head Office which is located in Mississauga, ON is home to our Corporate (including Marketing), Finance (including IT), and Asset Management (including Commercial, Residential and Human Resources) departments. This is where approximately 150 employees work each day to ensure that the infrastructure is maintained to allow our staff to provide the best possible service to our tenants.

Our Commercial Department is structured to provide an exceptional rental experience for our tenants. Our Commercial Leasing Professionals are trained to guide an applicant through our rental process and the many options that are available to our tenants. Our Building Operators, Commercial Property Managers and Construction department will ensure that the move in experience is a stress free experience, and that any maintenance or administrative concerns are addressed promptly throughout the tenancy, in accordance with our stringent standards.

We value our experienced front line employees and rely on them to be the first level escalation, should any assistance be required by our tenants. Our Commercial Tenants are provided with updated contact information for their maintenance requirements. Any maintenance or administrative issues that cannot be resolved by our on site staff should be escalated to our Commercial Property Managers.
